I have joined Ofss 1 week back and on second day itself I was allocated to project and onboarding WIP I received mail stating to report back to office 3 days per week under hybrid work model policy.Is this compulsory my base location is 2600 km from my current location as I am joining the citi project its seems difficult for me to grasp things though I have only 1 yr of prior exp by I think my team is expecting a lot so moving to new city and learning at same time is not possible .

Hello everyone, My LWD is 27th Nov and my joining date of new company is 28th Nov. I have offer of 8lpa. I am really tired of giving interview bcoz last 2 mnths I m giving interview and continually preparing,my sleep and eat schedule is also disturbed..I have 4 yrs of exp in .net. bcoz of my low CCTC,it gets hard to get good offer of 8lpa permanent WFH. 90 days for new hire.. yes they will fire
For new joinee, they will fire after 90 days with some notice period or 90th day will be the last day?

Then tick tok tik 45 days Bench time.
So overall 90 days.. And fired 9/ th day.
U can say it's around 70 days max otherwise khalas...
Earlier it was 6 months.
I am seeing just hiring to keep name in market to they good CV..
In end it's rusky for normal performance employees if they join lot single man kind of work here so be aware

LTM is danger zone as no projects and keep hiring then firing.

They will give first priority for project allocation to new hirees as they have invested twice in them. The poor 1 yr+ old employees are thrown out first.
