I have 2 offers, one from JPMC ( LOB IS Consumer and Community Banking) and the other from Wells Fargo. Both are giving similar roles, and exactly same pay. Location is Hyderabad. I tried for revision of pay but it didn't work.
Could anyone help me understand which one is better to join in terms of hikes, technology used and work life balance. I have to join on Tuesday, 16 Aug.

I read an article about airline cc’s right now and how it’s smart to go with a generic card like chase bc we don’t know if any of these airlines will go under as the pandemic progresses
That's what I was thinking. Plus, it doesn't restrict you to one airline.
All for the chase cards, however, if you’re planning multiple trips next year and they are all domestic the Southwest cards to get companion pass are a good value. Let’s you add one person free on your flights. Works well for my wife and I got a trip to Hawaii that was basically half off airfare.

I would definitely go with a more generic card. I have chase preferred, and I love the fact that my points are not restricted to one category (airlines, hotel, etc.). Also, I don’t know if they are still offering it, but you get a 1 year subscription to DoorDash if you use your card and 5x the points with lyft (even scooters). I highly recommend.

If you’re going to go with only one card i would recommend the chase sapphire reserve still. Annual fees have gone up, but you get most of it back with the travel reimbursements. Chase really seems to keep up with it too. For example, since they know people are not traveling as much they’re allowing the travel reimbursement to apply towards groceries and gas.
If you haven’t already look into the chase trifecta. It’s a combination of cards to fill the multiplier gaps that the CSR has.
