I got a call from DXC for senior Java developer position in Bucharest (Romania). They have mentioned a pay scale of 17k to 18k RON per month after tax cutting
If i got selected I am planning to move with my family.
Will there be any savings and what would be cost of living for a 3 member family there.

Hey, I need to talk to you. I need to give you my notice. This has been a great job, but this other opportunity came along, and I can't pass it up. But it's been great working here, and I'm happy to help ensure a smooth transition on all my cases and files.
That about covers it.
I would call or talk to your manger/supervisor since you’re close. Then email HR right after. If you’re personally close to your manger, then you probably wouldn’t want them to hear it from HR first
I have always given more than two weeks whenever possible. But that’s just me. I generally try to give as much time as humanly possible so that work can be transitioned smoothly. Sometimes, my replacement is even onboard before I leave. But, I am old-school.

Be prepared for what you would do if they made a counter-offer for an attorney role.
You typically never take the counter, but this might be an exception.

Have you asked the firm if attorney role is on the pipeline for you? If you did and they said no or not now, I wouldn’t accept a counteroffer. It is too late for that. As for notifying them, just walk in to the manager’s office and tell them what you are doing politely but firmly. Then, go back to your office and send that email you have already prepared. Better yet, have the draft email ready on your phone and instantly send it as you walk out of the office. If it is a law firm, you better believe that the entire partnership will know within two minutes of you walking out of the manager’s office.
