Companies tend to not to train people, they just expect you to know things and be able to dive into the deep end.
Self taught all the way. You need working projects over certificates. Think of a common AI use case, form an entire solution, write about it, understand it inside and out, publish it, go in search of a buyer to set up that type of solution as a consultant. Keep expanding your projects and repeating it for others until you find a good niche or get hired on at a company.
Get a degree it helps in the long run.....
I have 3, they all do nothing. ALL 3 are deprecated and I'm in tech. 32k wasted. DO NOT get a degree in tech, get a trade degree it goes further these days
Wait 3 years, AI will engineer you.
The best advice: STAY WHERE YOU ARE. There is no degree for Ai yet, it's moving too fast. There is no internship, and they don't train, so don't dump your job for a dream rn. Wait a bit
