I am working as business analyst having total experience of 5 years 8 months and as a business analyst 4 years and 4 months. I have got offer of 11 ctc with 10% variable on current CTC of 5.75 , Can you guys please tell me what should be the expected CTC for this experience?

What would you prefer:

Job 1: 85k at small boutique firm (3 attorneys). Standard benefits but no 401k. Semi-annual raises. No billable hour requirement and regular 40 hour week. Being groomed to be a partner on a 2-3 year track.

Job 2: 135k at large regional firm (200 attorneys) good benefits. 1900 billable hours requirement. Partner track is 6-8 years but not guaranteed.

Both located in a MCOL area

Currently my base is 139K, SC2 commercial and the target promotion year is 2022. What % of base salary hike I can expect with exceptional ratings if I get promoted as planned? 👏

I got an offer from X company with a 45% hike and my current company manager matched that offer instantly. Now company X offered me another 45% hike which is a total of 90%hike. Help me get over my covid anxiety: had plans with a friend but they got exposed to covid. Got a neg rapid test but feel like they have a sore throat and still want to hang. Given rapids don’t necessarily detect omicron plus the symptoms, I’m a bit concerned. I’m WAAAY more cautious than most when it comes to covid (not doing indoor events yet, still masking). We’d be outdoors anyways, so do I put my anxiety aside and risk it or ask them to get a PCR and just postpone to next week?
