Hello Fishes, I am new here and would like your inputs on the Grade, Designation & Basic salary in TCS. 1. Is the Grade - 'C3B' & Designation - 'ASC - Associate Consultant' correct for 11 years and 6 months of experience ? 2. And is the Basic salary offered in TCS very less than the Market standard? Thanks in Advance 🙏🏼

Has anyone moved from Accenture Federal to CGI Federal at Manager/Senior Manager level? Looking at Strategy/Organizational Change Management roles, and curious to know if you feel that compensation and benefits were worth it when measured against your actual experience once you started working with CGI. (I understand that some of it depends on the account you're on, the team you have, etc., just trying to decide if it's worth considering.) Thanks!

How about Consultant level in DC with a secret clearance, Master of Public Health, Bachelor of Science? Two years of experience directly in consulting.
In general secret won’t produce the same value pay wise as poly. But, if you STEM you’ll be paid well period.
Yes higher than secret.
$100+ is a good rule of thumb for senior-level positions. Depending on your skills, I would aim for 100-130k.
