Wake up around 6:15 a.m. Help my elderly mother get ready for her adult daycare- bathroom, shower, medication, food, getting dressed. After the bus picks her up, I go to the gym. Get home, take a shower, eat breakfast/drink coffee/start my workday.
Alarm rings at 6, wake up at 8:25 for my first call. Never losing hope.
8:45am wake up and turn on computer
That is how simple life should be, dammit!!! This thread is so philosophical
A thread of American Psychos 🧐

I wake up at 5:30, shotgun a Celsius, stretch, 6:15 workout class, make some coffee, shower, tell myself only 35 more years, do the WSJ crossword, and then do comms checks and my job
Lol! Funny. I ll start doing that too-“only 40!” For me would be))

Wake up at 3:45, swim from 4:30-6:00, shower and get dressed, home by 6:45. Breakfast with the kiddos, then take them to school and daycare and start my workday usually around 7:45ish.
Weird flex lol
Wake up at 8:40, poop, wash my face, brush teeth, log on to computer at 9

Wake up at 8:45, get dressed, make coffee, log on at 8:55
Wake up b/w 6:30- 7 am.
Do some breathing exercises, have some warm water.
Walk 30 mins and then read the morning newspaper.
Freshen up and have breakfast.
Ready to hit the ground by 9 am.
Only realistic answer I’ve seen on this thread
5am wake up, gym, meditation
8am- breakfast with partner and get ready for work
9am-6pm- work at w2 and personal real estate business
6-7pm- take some online classes
7pm-9:30pm- relax and spend time with partner
9:30pm sleep
I can see how easy is to follow this routine without kids...
Wake up at 6, scroll Twitter until 7
Wake up at 4am. In the morning if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1,000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water-activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. At work by 5:30am to get in earlier than Paul Allen.
Y’all waking up at 3, 4 and 5 are scaring me.
Same! Also, I used to be fit…

Nope haha, enjoying life on the other side for now
wake up at 2 pm, get out of bed at 4pm, cry in the shower, eat, ponder my meaningless existence, sleep at 5 am
Wake up around 5-5:15, cuddle in bed for a bit, then get up / dressed and do some Peloton strength and go for a run until 7. I usually jump on calls as soon as I come back in the door, and find some time between 7-9 to make coffee / breakfast while in meetings. Shower usually comes some time later in the day, whenever I have a spare 10 minutes between calls 🙃 I don't usually set an alarm until 6:45, so if my body needs the rest, I'll get a shorter run in and/or take a call from the standing desk at my treadmill. And if my calls on a particular day start earlier than 7, I try to take them on the run, but that doesn't always work.

5:30 wake up. Down to basement gym for an hour or 75 minutes depending on day. Shower. Breakfast. Take kids to school. Work.
Wake up at 6am , Pray/Meditate, do a 15 min work out (usually cardio, then I strength train later in the day), Shower, affirmations, make breakfast, write down my intentions for the day, scroll some media or articles, then I start working
I wake up that early bc of my ADHD, and I get distracted sometimes in between lol, so don’t wake up too early if you don’t have to, you’ll burn yourself out early in the day
It takes me two hours in the morning to wake up, drink coffee, check email / review calendar, workout, breakfast, and be ready to for the day. If I’m WFH then I wake up at 7am, but if I have to commute then I’ll do 6:30.
6:30am - hit snooze
6:45am - get out of bed and walk the dog
7:00am - eat, drink coffee, drink water
7:45am - bring daughter to school
9am-6pm - work
11pm - in bed.
