What’s your Sunday night routine to get ready for a busy week? I always like a workout before dinner and just chill with the family, knock a few things off my personal to do list, and go to bed early. I pretty much refuse to do any work Sunday nights.

Update my will and hope I need it before tomorrow morning

lol that’s extreme! I used to always look at my investment accounts and count how many years until I get to quit or retire. I stopped because it was kind of depressing 🤣

I never consciously made a routine, but I’d say over the last few months Sundays evenings. I usually take a long bath scroll on my phone and explore TikTok to some reading and that gets me ready to go to bed and relaxes me for a new week.

That’s a great way to relax and get to bed. Honestly Sunday night is probably the most important night to relax and get a good sleep.

I love that routine....for me, anything I can do to avoid the Sunday scares is what I do. staying busy, making to do lists, cleaning, and getting clothes ready for the week, and planning my next weekend lol

100%! Hoping at some point the weeks get a bit more fun, but for now weekend to weekend is as good as it gets lol

I always try to leave Sunday nights open, no plans beyond maybe some reading or TV. It's funny, I don't watch a lot of TV, but last night was a busy one. I've been patiently waiting for the new series of Wolf Hall, and that was finally on PBS last night, so I watched the first episode of that. And then I watched the new ep of White Lotus. I never got to the new ep of 1923, but that show seems to be going nowhere so I'll get to it when I get to it.

This honestly sounds so nice. I love a good show -- white lotus is next up for me!

I always prep my house and everything for the week ahead. I make sure the house is clean, laundry is done, and meals are prepped for the following week to set me up for a successful week. I always go to bed early on Sunday nights too so I can start the week off right.

A fellow meal prepper! What you described is pretty much my Sunday morning/afternoon routine. I love going into the week knowing the house is clean and totally in order and I have all my healthy food ready to go.
