When a job says "uncapped commission," is it usually legit? I’ve been burned by roles that capped earnings after a certain point. I want to vet the comp plan early on, but I'm worried about sounding too focused on the salary. Thoughts?

Can a person just say that he cannot disclose his current salary while negotiating an offer and just mention his expected salary (which may be 2x current one) , because if the current salary is low ,the expected salary can't be too higher than current one ? Never seen such a case so just asking

I have been working with Walmart for the past 14 months and have recently got an offer from Blackrock for 45 LPA.
Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.
