Four direct reports is a significant jump in responsibility. 10% is low for that. Whether you can do anything about it now depends on if you've already accepted the promotion.

Oh man, adding 4 direct reports on top of your existing work? That's a massive jump in responsibility and suddenly you're handling performance reviews, coaching, conflicts, all that people stuff on top of your own deliverables. 10% feels pretty light for that kind of shift, and yeah, I get why you're feeling shortchanged.
Do I think it should be more than 10%? Absolutely. However, I find that 10% is generally the industry standard for a promotion. You could always try asking for a bit more, as even pay raises are negotiable.
