When applying to programs, how do schools know Deloitte is sponsoring you - do you just check a box off in the application?

How long is too long to take off from GMAT? Spent~8 months on it plus working while living alone and think it’s started to take its toll (panic attacks, etc.). Need to get up ~30 points or so and thinking of getting healthy/deferring application to next year.

Please like if you’ve taken a calc 1 course or higher in college.
