For those who have passed the CIPM exam, what is it like (and how does it compare to the CIPP/US exam)?

It’s been 5 months since I joined as a data analyst for $90k base salary + 5% bonus. I have 2 YOE as a software developer and wanted to shift to data analytics domain.
