When I say I celebrate us…I really do. I was up against other candidates for a role. I was one of the 3 finalists. I received a rejection letter and was really down. I knew I didn’t have the preferred years of management experience but I applied anyway. I get on LinkedIn today and see it is a BLACK man that got the position! Yes! I screamed. I am so excited for him. My heart is full. It motivates me that I’m next in line for my new opportunity. We deserve great opportunities. We are worth it!

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company. I’m most familiar with 1 as it’s the audience I work with at current job. Not enough info/experience with other 2 segments. Remaining segments I know enough but not as confidently.
