When interviewing, does everyone put on makeup? This might sound like an odd question, but I've never been one to wear much makeup. But I was recently told that women who don't wear makeup or put in extra effort in their appearance for interviews are less likely to get the job. There's no way this is actually true. Who cares if a CPA is dolled up for the interview?

I got offer from XYZ company, but my current company ABC had a call with me and had me stay in the current company. They offered me same offer which XYZ offered. But they officially didn't give any offer letter but they said you will get revised salary in march month. But I didn't receive revised salary. I just have mail confirmation regarding retention offer. Again I spoke to concerned person this month, they said, central team is processing still, in April'22 u will receive revised salary.

Did anyone else make the move from Vancouver? What do you think?
