For me, the say-by date is 1/10 (double digit day). Happy New Year!!!!

I agree with this. I usually only say it the first few days of the year. After that I only say it if someone says it to me first.

I think a week is about right. Anything more than that is a little bit of overkill, in my opinion I usually keep it to the first three days unless I haven't seen someone in a while.

No harm in keeping it alive as long as possible! The first week or two is still appropriate I think.

Interviewing for BIOLIFE today and looking to gain insight from anyone who works for the company.

So I say this with complete humility and an understanding that this is a fortunate-ish situation to be in. I’m in a position where I am tied to nothing, I have no children, spouse, or house. My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change. Because I am able to “pick up and go” I’m open to opportunities and locations. I’ve never worked with a recruiter but was hoping I could get some recommendations!
