Thank you 😊 Someone told me to share my LinkedIn? I said that’s the same as the resume just with a write up. I shared both. 😏this role was posted on multiple sites. My optimism is low. lol 😂
For PMO roles, I typically request to see samples of various project documents, including project charters, project schedules, status reports, RACI matrices, communication plans, risk registers, resource plans, burn-down charts, project budget reports, project retrospectives & lessons learned, etc. - these essential project assets (among others) are typically owned by digital agency PMs. It’s sufficient to show 5-7 different types of these documents. Remember to remove any confidential information and anonymize the data before sharing.
This is curious. What kind of samples would anyone be looking for from a project manager? I don’t work in your industry but the creative work wouldn’t be reflective of your work. For me, my samples would be project plans that finished on time, on budget and within scope.

Agree, the portfolios are for product managers. This is a CPM role creative project manager at a government agencies creative department. The recruiter said the hiring manager asked did I have one? Yes and I’m not sharing those. I know companies that have taken them without hiring the candidate.
