When you see the use of an ellipsis "..." in a work email, does it feel dismissive, or is it just me? I can't put my finger on why, but it seems rude to me when someone uses it in business correspondence. What do you say - should we ditch the dots, or just assume good intent? And don't get me started on em dashes. 🤣
