My favorite way to clear my mind after reading all day is to go for a walk outside. The fresh air and exercise help me to relax and clear my head.

Me too! Nothing like listening to my music and enjoying the fresh air to help me reset.

With beer, after 4 beers I stop being a researcher and became a chronic talker, I forget all my shyness.

I usually enjoy Korean novels, the plot of those novels is usually so crazy that it grabs you and takes you into his time and his life, it just makes my brain take off.

I read novels, recently I read all the GOT books, they are a real gem (nothing to do with the HBO series).

Currently watching the Jeffrey Dahmer show on Netflix! It doesn't necessarily clear my mind, but it sure is entertaining haha I also have some other shows lined up to watch with my wife.

I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. It's very annoying and I find it to be really inapprorpriate, maybe because it's pushy or just I find these comparative things to be a bit irrelevant. How does one handle something like that? Can you shut the person down without starting a spat?
