For me, I put quite a bit of emphasis on things like 401(k) matching or retirement contributions, coz it’s money that compounds quietly and really matters in the long run. I’ve learned that a strong benefits package can sometimes outweigh a slightly higher base. What perks or benefits make a real difference when you’re deciding?

I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. I know I’m capable of getting the work done and they must see potential if they hired me. But I feel that if I ask for WFH or other accom. I’m gonna be shooting myself and my career in the foot.
