After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

Total compensation is very important… benefits, especially health, is key for me due to a complicated medical history…
Absolutely. A solid health benefits can make a huge difference!
To me I want a manager that doesn't micromanage me. Way better for work/life balance and I'd be willing to sacrifice lots of money to keep it that way.
Completely agreed! Having a manager who trusts you makes such a difference. I’d take that over extra pay any day. It’s hard to put a price on peace of mind and flexibility.
I weigh Flexibility and WLB very heavily when considering an offer because if my job does not support my personal life, what’s the point of me working at all? (I acknowledge this is a very privileged mindset)
That’s a really fair point. Flexibility and work-life balance are huge! If a job constantly gets in the way of living life, it’s just not worth it, no matter the pay.
Agree
PTO. I get 33 days at my current company when you combine sick, personal, and vacation. I use them all every year. No way am I going to accept an offer that gives me like 2 weeks off per year. Time is the only thing you can’t make more of.
I’m with you on that. Generous PTO is a huge factor for me too (can't believe I forgot to mention!) Time off is essential to recharge and actually enjoy life. Two weeks just isn’t enough when time’s the one thing we can’t get back.
