Where do you look for jobs other than on LinkedIn in the UK

I was hired in a predominantly white agency to help change the culture to be more diverse and inclusive. What would you want to see if you were interviewing at an agency that looked very homogeneous..

If you’re working with a freelance recruiter/ headhunter but know of open positions outside the ones they’ve brought to you, is it best to reach out to the agencies yourself or through the recruiter?

Bad idea to reneg on an internship offer for a better offer?

If a company I got rejected from is posting an opening for the same role should I re-apply? Any chance of a better outcome?

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄
