Where do you see the consulting market to be in the next few years? I am tempted to jump to an industry job as I do not see much growth coming but wanted to see what others thought. I’m sure that something will spark some growth but I do not have much faith in it. What are your thoughts?

Product Manager offer is 120k salary, sign on bonus of 15k. 4 YOE total. Undergrad degree in computer science. Am I underpaid? This is a legit question lol. I’ve only done federal contracting/consulting work.

Currently making 180 TC at a large bank and have an offer from a FAANG for 260 TC. Salary is not much different (165) but bonus/equity structure is decent. fully remote, dope company etc. I’ll be moving laterally in terms of title but I get the impression the scope/impact is larger and leveling is different in tech… no brainer?
