Where is the best place for Salesforce documentation for things like field type, reason for field, who uses it, user setup needed etc. Just a Word document? Granted everything is in JIRA or Azure DevOps but is there another place as well?

When beginning a piece of literature, I first help the kids access the relevant culture. I have used web quests, but I have found that the kids researching their choice of topics and creating Slides containing information and pics results in more students participating. How do you bill your time? The busier I am the harder it is to bill. How do people actually bill contemporaneously in detailed terms when you bill 12 hours but literally did 100 different things in those 12 hours. And it’s never slow enough to go back and do it super detailed.
