Not to be rude, but until you have both offers in hand, you don’t have the luxury of getting to choose. One step at a time here.
True this. Both will be VERY hard to crack.

Nobody moves from google to deloitte. That should tell you all you need to know
Coach
Wouldn't you think the role would be important to mention
As a current Deloitte employee-I can unequivocally tell you…chose google.
lol you right
deloitte: tech risk consulting
google: cloud sales or project management type
What level of cloud sales are we talking, and do you have a specific industry? CE, SA, ?
Without knowing beyond that I’d lean towards G if you already have a clear path forward + upward in the space. D may better favor the opportunity to explore if you don’t have much industry experience or are still trying to identify where you see yourself in the next 5 years, but also depends how much you value WLB and a slew of other factors that would be role dependent
I moved from Deloitte to Google, happy to answer any questions you have
Yep, I was a C aiming to go to SC, I left before going for promo, but they did offer me a big retention offer if I stayed but this wasn’t as attractive as G offer.
CE is a great role and pays well, what level did google offer you?
I think you’ll get the same satisfaction in CE role that you get at Deloitte. I do miss the consulting life and ability to jump between different types of work, saying that, I did have a good run of projects when I was there.
Benefits are much better at google and you’ll get google on your resume, can always boomerang back in a couple years
That is tough. Either one is a good position. Best of luck to you.
SO WHAT HAPPENED? DID YOU GET ANY OF THEM?
I guess you didn't get any.
