Which all companies (especially Service based) these days are still offering Permanent WFH?

I got a offer from Shell Bengaluru, And they mentioned it's Hybrid and depends on Team, so approx will it be mandatory 3 days work from office?

HR told me that all the documents are fine and forwarding my profile further. But still experience letter/relieving letter section showing Pending for verification.
