Spent the pandemic working on myself, got sober, focused on working out, left the music industry and started a career where I can make money and have a steady work schedule. Maybe this isn’t everyone’s version of “growing up” but that’s what this was for me. As an A3, I finally understand why people work so late in busy season. It’s because you don’t get any work done until 6 pm, when the pings and meeting finally slow down. I can’t work on something for more than 10 minutes without something else popping up.

Second day in a row that I just want to respond to partners telling them to do whatever “it” is themselves. Stop calling me when you finish up your afternoon run when I’ve been rotting at my desk for over 15 hours a day every day this week. That is all.
