I feel like I’m constantly working after hours, always balancing multiple projects, hardly ever going through a phase where there isn’t a ton of critical initiatives going on. It definitely wasn’t like this when I was a more junior PMM, but as a Senior PMM, my work-life balance has severely decreased. Is this just the nature of Product Marketing? Or can I actually find a senior PMM role that allows a bit more room to breathe?

Not sure about company work culture and other details. Now I got an offer from wipro for 18LPA(17 fixed + 1lakh variable). And there is a offer from Trane Technologies for 16LPA. So not sure to choose between 16LPA product based company or 18LPA service based company. Help me here.
