Hey everyone, I am new here and was wondering if anyone can give me referrals for a position as a SM. I have been applying non-stop for a Scrum Master position and haven't gotten any interview. I currently work as integrity analyst and my contract expired in a couple of Months.

I am the only developer in my team and my manager has assigned me a project in which I need to create a tool from scratch although that is currently running in production build by third party and we don't have access to that code.

I am on notice period and I am 100% sure that project won't be completed before my LWD.

Completely and totally miserable at my firm and just need a space to vent because my friends are tired of hearing about it. I wish the worst part about it was the amount of work, rather than the completely toxic culture, lack of appreciation, arbitrary and back/breaking deadlines, lack of mentorship/feedback/training, and the fact that the associates act like they don’t even know each other.
