Is anyone holding didi shares? I’m trying to figure out what happens. If they delist, then list in HK, are shares converted? If I want to sell, how would that work? Do I need to open a HK bank account? Are there unique tax implications? Etc etc.

Any recommendations on JV funds, hard money, private equity etc to fund MFC deals and great residential deals brrr/flip. Finding some great deals in my local market. Any tips on raising capital or attracting investors?
