Which would be a better choice to go with as an SAP ABAP on HANA Consultant - Deloitte India or Deloitte USI. (Considering annual hikes, bonus, work culture, projects)

P.S. - Deloitte India is paying more than USI with a higher designation.

Hi. I have a Panel Interview with a Salesforce product company. I need to do a presentation to the customer on the Product and how it will solve their problems. I need to do an elevator pitch for 3 slides about the company and then address the customer problems with the features of the product. CTC looks high due to this stocks but effectively i would not be getting it for the 4 years. Also the yearly hike includes this stock component.

CTC had fixed, variable and stock part. Variable and stock is almost 30% of total ctc.

Really confused if this is a good deal or is it a trap.

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.

I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.

Could you guys please advise me, as to what should be my course of action here? Should I resign and can I get better opportunities in the next 1 month?
