While I appreciate networking, dozens of people reach out to me on LinkedIn, and say something to the effect of: hi, I am interested in X role. Do you have 30 minutes to get on the zoom so I can learn more? I personally find that ridiculous. What company executive has 30 minutes to meet with dozens of people and read a job description to them? Does this even merit a response? (FWIW, anyone who provides me with actual information and a résumé I pass on to the recruiter)

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.
