The simple solution is the right one here: go to bed earlier. The only reason I'm able to wake up at 5:30 feeling fresh is because I'm in bed by 10 PM every night. If you're serious about getting up earlier, you've got to find a way to get yourself to sleep at a reasonable hour. I'm also a big advocate of keeping your phone out of reach while you sleep. If you have to physically get out of bed to turn off your alarm, you're much less likely to snooze it and go back to sleep.

You just have to train yourself to have an earlier bedtime. Which can be done, but it can take a while. It's easier if you make your earlier wakeup time a standard thing, at least that what I've found. When I've had to get up super early just one time, to catch a flight or whatever, I'm just never right for the whole day. But there were times when I made it routine to be an early riser and I was able to get acclimated to it.

Well, I don’t know how much coffee or caffeine you consume in a day but you need to cut that out around 1 o’clock or maybe 2 o’clock in the afternoon or you’re not gonna be able to go to sleep or get restful sleep. Really the key is setting a set sleep schedule like you go to bed at 10 PM and you’re up at 5 AM every day. That kind of schedule is the best way to make yourself a morning person if you stay up late some nights, you’re not going to want to get up in the morning. and your whole schedule is going to be thrown off.
