Omnicom and Stagwell having quite a battle for the bottom. Think it will change every quarter, but Omnicom is there now.
I’ve worked at all 4 at this point and I would rank in this order from best to worst: Publicis, WPP, Omnicom/IPG. You couldn’t pay me enough to work for Omnicom again.

It's Omnicom; They are the worst, most heartless, money-hungry, back-stabbing corporation on the planet. Their plan for survival in the coming year is to make everyone so miserable that they quit. That way, they don't have to pay anyone any severance for kicking folks to the curb after 20 years of dedication and diligence. Then, They can outsource for all of their cracker-jack creative solutions. They dislike American workers and artists more than all of the other holding companies combined. I'm sure they're very proud of the dumpster fire that they've created for themselves.
Ironically, IPG started it all in 1961, when the existing McCann-Erickson agency restructured into a group of independent operating units reporting to a new parent company. The first evil corp for advertising.
Omnicom even before the merger. Publicis is best / most set up for success.
