Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

I was supposed to have my second interview at Raytheon Technologies Corporation. I got an email three min before saying that they had a surprise fire drill and they had to evacuate the building and they needed to reschedule for next week. Do I need to to wait for them to reach back out or can touch base with them tomorrow? I don’t want to be obnoxious. 😅

Also it doesn’t hurt to email them back up to three times. Leave a week or so in between and be polite. Often they’ll apologize and thank you. They get literally hundreds of emails every day
Was it your first recruiter? It happens a lot..... they can be unintentional jerks. :( sucks when it happens after multiple interviews. Keep your head up.
What came first: chicken or the egg?
It was my first recruiter and I was really excited about the job too so it’s a double whammy :( maybe it wasn’t meant to be? But I’m totally emailing one more time just for some ~closure~ 🤞🏼
FOR THE FIRST TIME?! ok bye.
