Why ACN is not caring for people anymore. No pay rise from past 2 years, even for promotion as well 15% hike only just why ?

I have got 5% hike recently, I want to know about the appraisal cycle.
Will I be considered in current appraisal cycle.
Also, how much average hike anyone will get after appraisal.
