What's the expected starting salary, sign on, stocks etc. for senior principal with google cloud value advisors? MBA, 20+ YOE, 8 years exp in strategy consulting, location Chicago.

I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. I was told the next step was Junior Manager but they rarely started anyone at that level. I'm shocked. Is that accurate or are they trying to lower my expectations? I have an MBA and an MHA and 20 years military experience.

Had my first interview first week of May and the recruiter emailed me two weeks later letting me know that I was going to move to the second round, and asked for dates I was available.
