Why are Toronto salaries garbage?

Anyone know of labor & employment boutique firms in LA with a good work culture (I currently work for an AM Law 100 L&E specialty firm in SF and looking to move to LA but somewhere where I can still have some semblance of a life)

I’m a first year associate in an area of practice I really like. People at my firm are nice, but I’m not challenged. I’m thinking of finding new opportunities since my salary is below market, firm policies are unclear and I’m not challenged. Any advice on finding new positions while I’m so junior?

I have completed three rounds at PepsiCo , two technical rounds and HR round, it’s been a week and talent acquisition team says offer letter is pending with HR team, any reasons?

I work for a tech company that pays 100k tc plus 50,000 stock options. I have great work life balance, work 4 days per week on a 32 hour schedule plus it’s remote. Lately, I’ve been feeling like the compensation is on the lower end and just wanted to see if it’s in line with industry standards

People at my company claim to be supportive, promote great work culture but there’s actually no support at all just bunch of bs.
