Why does Revolut have Product Owners roles? (as opposed to Product Managers) This model is contrary to what the majority of Nov techs have been doing in the last few years. Product Owners are usually purely tactical and focused on delivery, without setting up product vision, strategy, running discovery, etc. I was approached by Revolut for a Product Owner role and I'm afraid we're not on the same page on the responsibilities of this role.

Do you all feel that the Health Insurance choice is actually all the same? The coverage is absolutely copy and paste for Bronze to Platinum and the deductible/copay is very similar.
I just don’t understand why we have the illusion of “choice” if the offer is the same and it is really bad (in our case).
Going from $61 per paycheck for 2.5k deductible 75% copay to $500+ per paycheck with 500 deductible 85% copay.

Key positives for my current employer are pay and security. But my new role within the company isn't working for me, and ultimately I don't think it is for the company either.

A much much smaller (20 people) company offered me a role.

I had an interview yesterday for an AM position for a start up. The salary is 30k more than what I’m making now and it seems like the culture is much better than my current company. I prepped for days… I bombed it. The interviewer repeated two questions because I wasn’t answering them in a way they wanted. Can I just say that was a humbling experience🙃
