Hi Fishes,
Can anyone please give a genuine insight into the frontend developer interview process for experienced candidates in Apple?
Do everyone irrespective of their experience needs to prepare for DSA? Or they just want the frontend developer to be proficient in HTML, CSS and JS just like they mention in JD. And also do they consider people from Tier 3 colleges?

Burn it to the ground, emotionally and metaphorically
Exit interviews are a sham. Most folks feel it’s not in their best interest to b candid, so the conversation has no value. And those who can b candid, like u, are often ignored.
Any worthwhile process should have an upside for all parties involved. What’s your upside for participating in an exit interview? What could u possibly get out of it? The answer is nothing.
Therefore, I recommend u handle it like everyone else does: make polite empty noises for 15 minutes, then GTFO.
keep it neutral & get out of there. Leave in a way that someone might recommend u for job reference.
Just sign the papers, nod and smile. Nobody cares. And even if they did somehow care the HR peeps are powerless.
You’re leaving. It’s easy to remember all the negatives. Spend some time thinking about the positives before your interview so you can recall those too.
My best advice is to give the exit interview as if you’d possibly work for this company again someday. What changes could they make that would bring you back?
Maybe you won’t work there again, but it’s quite possibly you’ll encounter colleagues again. Basically, be careful about burning bridges
I’d keep it pretty positive. If you have constructive criticism I think it’s fine to let them know. But as others have said, try not to burn any bridges with anyone. You never know where you might meet them again. ✌️
Be polite. Say you have no feedback. Loved you’d time there, just had an opportunity you couldn’t turn down. Giving negative feedback can’t help you now, it can only be misinterpreted and hurt your reputation.
I recently did an exit Interview. Think about the person who will come after you in the role you are leaving and those who still work there, what could you say that would do right by those people.
play your theme song, on a bluetooth speaker, the entire time until you leave the building.
also wear orange and purple clothes.
I did mine with some HR person I’d never even seen before. I kept everything positive.
