Why is everyone so desperate to learn data engineering.freshers,experienced everyone i know for money but already it is getting crammed ..searching from job 6 months 12+ years exp no calls.hardly given 1 or 2 interviews.if everyone jumps then problem will be for them and even existing ones..i have tcs and accenture as vendor ..there are 1000s of data engineer sitting idle..dont go by linkedin success advertisement. I am frustrated as I'm struggling to secure a job

What do you think about Vice President who forgets what’s discussed in the last meeting and have to start the business story from the scratch again? Attending a meeting unprepared every time. I don’t know where he uses his brain for. So uninspiring.

My role sr SQL developer I resigned the current job GOT ROLE in FICO child org as a solution integration consultant role -(AWS,PENTAHO ,SQL we will be using ) -offered CTC 25 fixed + 1L JB + 2.5 BONUS + 0.5 L WFH SETUP = total 29LPA if everything will go smoothly ( bonus vary with comp growth it can be between 1.8L to 2.5l .so final CTC will get down to 28LPA as well - Bangalore but WFH ).Current org retain with 25L +2 LP VARIABLE HYDERABAD COMPANY
