Why is Glassdoor not allowing legitimate reviews of companies that are "engaged" (which means they pay)? This is like the Amazon of workplace reviews, shills, fakes and just utter nonsense.

You’ve said it yourself: Because they pay.

It’s generally bad business to upset your paying customers.

A paid Glassdoor account means they’re paying for a branded profile. It doesn’t affect your ability to leave a review. If Glassdoor isn’t approving your review, that typically means the review violated one of their terms of conditions.

I’ve been managing my agency’s paid Glassdoor account for multiple years and I have never been able to get a review removed except for a couple of instances where the person clearly reviewed the wrong company. Even then, Glassdoor won’t remove them half the time. It’s not as easy as one might think.

If your review isn’t getting posted, that means you violated Glassdoor policy and they didn’t approve it. The company doesn’t see reviews until after they’re posted. We don’t get to pick and choose which ones we want shown.

Does anyone here have an experience of filing an EB1A or NIW petition. A law firm suggested me to first do a NIW petition and then follow it up with EB1A. Is it a good strategy to do it this way because NIW is more certain and gets a place in the line? Am I missing something? Should I instead file an EB1A directly?

Also, any good law firm suggestions for EB1A petitions based academic credentials? Thanks for the help

Our 5 month old started daycare about 5 weeks ago. We’ve already had to keep her home for 2.5 of those 5 weeks due to catching various illnesses (croup, rsv, brinchiolitis, etc). Both my wife and I have been sick most of that time as well (gotten it from the baby). Wife is thinking we get a full time nanny for the next 4 months to help the baby build antibodies. Cost aside, is this feasible / worthwhile to go thru the effort / finding the right fit, only for 4 months?

How long after a failed transfer does your stomach and body feel like it’s back to normal? It’s been a little over a week since I got the news that my transfer a few weeks ago didn’t work. But my stomach is still so pooched out and looks pregnant that it makes me cry knowing that’s not the case. Trying to eat clean, tons of long walks, but still feel really bloated and gross.

I finally was able to convince my principal that we need a consistent math intervention at the MS level (grades 5-8). (Right now, we are just "doing our own thing," which isn't helping students progress much.) Does anyone have any suggestions? It would be beneficial to have some sort of progress monitoring tool as part of the program, if possible. Our classes run roughly 55 minutes (which is too long for an intervention, in my humble opinion).

Thanks for any advice.

Anyone from or at client side data analytics/media science? Wondering how the worlds differ, agency vs client.

My realtor looked at a unit for me, and shared the video w me. I’m interested. The unit is on MLS. Then he posted on his IG story seeking buyer. I’m kinda annoyed because now I may have competitions since he is my realtor OR should I be ok for him to do that since it’s equal playing field on MLS?
