It's just a really awful job market. There's a lot of chaos in the economy (and the world in general) and companies are hesitant to add to the payroll in this kind of environment. Even companies that hire someone seem to take forever to do it. All anyone can do is hang in and keep plugging away.

If a person resigns on April month when yearly reviews are going to happen and bonus are being sent out.
So, can he get the performance bonus because he served the last whole year with dedication?

I am looking to leave my current position due to not having the opportunity to run campaigns and earn experience.
However, every interview I get asked about the campaigns that I have run.
This is starting to feel like a closed loop. Any ideas are appreciated.

I do create some personal campaigns and do social media content on LinkedIn for my personal profile. That is why I get a high number of interviews but I stumble at the starting line.
