Why is pwc ac not paying at par with deloitte usi?

At an average deloitte usi pays more than pwc ac. Better pay, hikes, bonus, allowances etc. Both are big 4 offshore centers yet such stark difference. Looking forward to switch there.

I have job offers from TCS (Noida) and LTI (Delhi). I am currently working in support. In TCS also I have been hired for a support project. No project details have been shared regarding the LTI offer.

Profile : SAP EHS Consultant 4YOE
Current CTC : 7.7 lac fixed + 1.1 lac variable
TCS: 9 lac fixed+ 3 lac variable
LTI: 9.9 lac + 1.1 lac variable (they have shared that they will try to get approvals and make it comparable to the counter offer)

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. The next 18 months will be much harder than the last 18 - time to start learning.
