Why is there such a massive difference between salaries of medical writers in USA and India. After factoring in cost of living, it seems that MWs get paid really well in the USA. In India, even with multiple advanced degrees and tons of experience, the MW salaries are too low after factoring in the cost of living as well. Why are India MWs so severely underpaid compared to their US counterparts?
