Hello all,
Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? Is company really inclusive or it’s just a lip service? Considering an offer with the company but being an out and proud Queer woman, super anxious and concerned.
Has anyone taken the CAIA ? Any tips ?

US pays higher than those countries. If you are getting paid lower in the US, then you are doing something horribly wrong.
Canada is a country. Europe is over 40 countries. Be specific

I dont care. Inflation is a short term problem. If I get a great paying job where things are expensive so what? If inflation in the following year beats my raise....bye, I bounce. That's why G-d created short term leases. Maybe salaries should be renegotiated weekly or you move on...who cares? Do I owe my employer to stay If I can get even a marginal increase (based on the local cost of living?). NO! Employers have made it a joke to be fired. It used to be you had to make major mistakes....now it can be because it's Tuesday. Or even better you can lose a job because the employer made their own mistake. They don't offer stability, why should I?

You would also be giving up a lot more in taxes to support their socialist style economies.

Well...taxes in the EU cover medical care and education. Also pension programs. My tax money now goes for social security benefits that will be cut before I ever get them after I've paid in for 30+years. Also to recover from a reduction in social security benefits I saved on the side too. As a "reward" for being responsible and taking investment risk on that you guessed it, I have to pay even more taxes. But high EU tax should discourage me because we don't pay much in tax right?

If you can get a work visa. But that’s not the easiest thing to do. Are you entitled to work in those countries?
