Any body got retention offer from LTI?
Currently my wify's package is 7.5 LPA at Capgemini as SAP ABAP developer and with overall experience of around 5.5ys.She has cleared all technical rounds in Accenture and having HR round in next week.how much she should asks for package?why I'm asking this because she was selected to the same Accenture in 2019 and at that time she asked 80 percent hike and for that reason the profile was kept on hold and eventually joined Infosys at that time

If you join TCS then you will be eligible for hikes after 2 years and hikes percentage will be 2-4%
Daily you have to fill timesheets if you miss single day then loss of leaves/pay, lots of dramas you have to reach admin team for timesheet issue and forcefully mandatory trainings you have to complete else compliance team will run behind you
Lots of processes you have to follow
You won’t get by default office 365 apps access unless you are C3A+ you have to use excel,word over web till you raise tickets for desktop apps access.
Evrythg restricted in TCS asset you cannot browse anythng not even gitlab.
Everyone will force you to wfo and physical onboarding
Most projects will have freshers as tcs is onboarding freshers directly into projects without giving them basic KT, so you will have work pressure since someone in team doesn’t work then nobody will say them anythng all will fall on senior resources and they will be punished with more work and less leaves others not working can enjoy
TCS has ruled like they are paying 30 LPA but actually they pay 3-4 LPA

There are multiple reasons for asking 60% . One-its a way to filter out people. Next to know how serious you are about your life and how much you will confirm. Companies like TCS wants people to confirm to their rules and policies and work silently. They dont want distrusted. If you couldn't confirm to society norms and get a min 60%, then why will you confirm to TCS policies and work in not so good projects?
Also I saw many people who got hired with less than 60% too at tines if they very very good.
