I have recently received an offer letter from Finicity - MasterCard company. My job role is the Senior technician support role with Level 8.

I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

Not ready to negotiate more, should I accept the offer?

After 5 years as an AE / Sales Manager, what are the next possible career paths?

I love sales and wish I could stay as an individual contributor, but I feel like I am not getting anywhere with the salary i want, and the job itself I feel isn't using all of my potential/skillets (plus I'd like to learn and put into practice more).

So I'm really keen to hear from others what steps they took in their career to get into roles they love doing now but still within the sales side of an organisation.

I have a question. I work as an assistant manager been a manager for a while worked for the company for 6 years. Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. Hi.. I got an offer from Infosys. I have an experience of 5 years 9 months and my current CTC is 11 LPA. They have offered Senior Associate Consultant role with 13 LPA. I’m not sure how the hierarchy works here. Did they offer good designation or do I need to negotiate for a better role?

Today a pwc India guy offered me 10.2 lpa. My current is 10 and i have an offer of 15lpa. His logic was we are big4. We cannot compare the offers from service based companies. I don't know how such attitude will survive in such a competitive market. He tells me that pwc has a great wlb😂

I have put down papers at infosys. Its been 1.5 months and hr has not yet reached out.
The separation request is stuck in hr validation
I have convinced my manager to grant me 2 week early release. But since hr validation is pending he is not able to proceed with the request. Any idea how can can i go ahead on this?
