Will doing an online MBA from IIM K, IIM A, or IIM L unlock opportunities to work as a Product Manager with better hikes? I am looking for a minimum 50 LPA salary, but investing and commitment needed is for 2 years of rigour with ~20 L investment. Will it be worth it??

PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?
