Will I be blacklisted for Accenture if I decline the offer after accepting it?

I am declining it because Accenture is not negotiating salary after accepting offer. My current company giving 30% more hike than Accenture's offer.

I have offer letter from Accenture and they have asked me to fill the compensation excel sheet.

Does anyone has any idea how to do that?
