Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. I've been seeing my therapist for 5+ years for eating disorder treatment and we've been through so much together, but I don't think she's able to help me anymore. While I've stopped my ED behaviors, they've evolved into OCD, and I'm finding that her methods might be making it worse. I think I want to try an OCD expert instead. But I don't know how to end the relationship. Do I just stop going? Do I explain myself? I don't know what to do 🥺

Joining CTS with 19Lpa as SA, will my manager or co workers know my CTC?
If a team has 2 SA, 1 with 8Lpa another with 19Lpa same work experience but lateral entry,
Will the work load varies? Do they assign work according to the CTC???

I have got an offer letter from cognizant which is having the compensation of 10.2LPA. Now I have got another offer from LTI and the compensation is 11LPA. But I need to join COGNIZANT. Is there any chance for changing the compensation again in cognizant? Will they be able to change the compensation again? Is it so then how to approach them.
