Wipro vs Capgemini – Which Is Better for Stability?

My main concern is job security, bench policy, and long-term stability. I have 9+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer and got selected in both Wipro and Capgemini with almost the same package. In case there is no project, client interview issues, or extended bench time, which company is more supportive and safer for employees? So a client who brought me on for a rebrand/relaunch has shifted his social media in house to his friend’s 17 year old son. Despite his age, the kid has less than no clue, the posts have typos, I presented some concepts based on certain elements being in place...he ran with them despite those elements not happening...I should sit back and laugh(ok grin). When discussing a first technical interview with a recruiter how much time do you ask them to give you for preparing for the interview?

I currently work at a large research institution and am in the process of getting retroactively reclassified to a new title (Long story but my PI is cheap and routinely pays ppl the bare minimum so now the Union is helping me w/ a retro reclass.) Reclass can take 2 - 6 months to process. Meanwhile, I am interviewing for industry job. If I get an industry job, what do I do if my reclass isn’t processed yet? So embarrassed. I literally had one job to do today which was to schedule a client and give and take her paperwork when she came in. Totally called her by the wrong name today AND gave her the wrong paperwork. She was really nice about it but I feel like my boss was disappointed and I'm disappointed in myself. My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?
